Who We Are
Community Integrated Management Services, LLC is an Independent Practice Association (IPA) owned by 14 South Carolina Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), also known as Community Health Centers (CHC), that share the same vision for achieving exceptional clinical outcomes for the patients served while improving the financial position of each Owner/ Partner FQHC/CHC.
Organized and operated as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), CIMS is a private, for-profit partnership established January 23, 2008 with each FQHC owning an equal share of the IPA and having one seat on the Board of Directors.

Our mission is to ensure our Partner Community Health Centers are clinically and financially integrated to improve health outcomes for the patients we serve.
